Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) helps transform the lives of first-time mothers and their babies. Registered nurses make regular home visits and provide moms with the care and support they need to have a healthy pregnancy, provide responsible and competent care for their children, and become more economically self-sufficient.

Pregnant women are enrolled through the end of the second trimester and receive 64 home visits over a 2.5-year period, until the child's second birthday.

Nurse-Family Partnership programs are available throughout South Carolina from a variety of partners, with a blend of state, federal, and local funding.
