Free child care for babies and toddlers

Children age 3 and under from families with low income can qualify for free childcare. Additional services include support for pregnant women and families.

Eligibility is based on family income at or below the poverty level based on family size. For a family of four, that’s $27,750. Children in foster care, children experiencing homelessness, and children from families receiving public assistance (TANF or SSI) are eligible, regardless of family income.
